My modern and rustic one-bedroom pad, is conveniently located in the centre of Fortitude Valley! Sleeping up to four guests, you’ll have access to an open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, a bathroom and exclusive access to infinity pools, and a gym. You’ll be a short drive to Brunswick Street Mall, featuring the shops, and the most renowned bars and restaurants. Get to Brisbane City in 10 minutes, where you can embark on endless activities and soak up the Brisbane lifestyle.
The Space:
This neat apartment is the perfect place for those who intend to go on spontaneous outings, and explore the wonders of Brisbane! There’s nothing worse than the dreaded feeling of going back to an apartment after a busy day of exploring and seeing things - but I can assure you that you’ll love everything that my place has to offer! You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport, with regular bus services available on Brunswick Street, as well as Fortitude Valley Station being only a 3 minute walk away. Embark on a 5 minute drive to Brunswick Street Mall, where you can grab brunch at the endless cafe options available, and shop around. For groceries, FoodWorks is a 2 minute walk away. Plan your night out by heading to Alfredo’s Pizzeria for a cheesy feed, and then make your way to Eleven Rooftop Bar.
Moving into the apartment, your eyes will be faced with an entirely open space consisting of the living room, dining and kitchen. I hope you like the minimalist and sleek look of the place - I’m in awe of the modern features. My lounge is unique, and something that you probably haven’t seen before. Never-fear because it is comfortable and packed full of lots pillows! Take a lie down here and watch some television on the LCD TV. Place your coffee on the small table nearby as well. Relaxing in this space is made even better with thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the beautiful sunshine within my place. If the sun gets a little too overwhelming there are also blinds for you to tone it done. Nonetheless, you’ll feel warm and radiant within this space.
Taking it to the back of the large space, my white kitchen is extremely compact. From a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and microwave, to all your cleaning essentials including a dishwasher and quality sink - you’ll have everything you need to ensure your meal prep game is strong. All utensils are provided for you, to ensure that you feel right at home and can eat all the meals you usually would. It’s important to note that all necessary detergents are provided for you. If cooking isn’t your forte, don’t be alarmed because there are endless options made available for you. If you want to try a chic meal and add some Middle Eastern seasoning into your life, you must try Gerard’s Bistro!
You and your guests can take your meals to the dining table which seats four. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. Enjoy a simple home-cooked meal, otherwise, if you’re wanting to eat as a group, heading on out to get a taste of the renowned food culture in Fortitude is necessary!
Whether you’re in a food coma from all the food, feeling sunburnt, or just tired from a busy day of exploring, my one bedroom will solve all your sleepiness. The bedroom overlooks the area, so you’ll have wonderful views from here as well! The neat and simply furnished room is fitted with a queen bed, and patterned pillows. The bed is covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - you’ll fall asleep in no time! The bedside tables can also be used to place your phones and get them charging overnight, or to leave some books nearby if you wish to read before you doze off. If you’re here on business, there is also a large table within one of the rooms, which can be used as your own personal workspace. Don’t fret about having to use your Hotspot or not being able to access emails whilst you’re away because this apartment also has WIFI as well. Additional guests can also sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen and good views are also provided.
The property has one generous sized bathroom, with a toilet and shower. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. After you have a long and hot shower, utilise the hairdryer stored in one of the cupboards.
After all of those foodie outings, you’ll definitely need to wash those clothes of yours! If you’re wanting to clean those yolk stains on those white tops, I’ve got you covered with your very own laundry that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.
