Convenient Brisbane apartment with Riverside Views

This cosy two bedroom apartment is a location-hunter’s dream situated with waterfront views of Brisbane River nestled into a quiet suburb conveniently close to the Brisbane CBD. Enjoy a delightful stay in my 2 bedroom apartment right on the fringe of the city, a 10 minute train or 15 minute bus trip from my home - with access to a convenient carpark if needed. My apartment complex showcases fantastic facilities including tennis courts, a large outdoor pool and luxurious marble kitchen benchtops.
The Space:
The private entrance of my apartment flows into the dining, lounging and kitchen area of my home. With hard wooden polished floors, my quaint and clean home features a 4 seater dining room with upholstered chairs. This is perfect for wining and dining or even doubling as a workspace which can be utilised with my high speed unlimited WiFi. My lounge features a leather sofa and two plush armchairs. The large flat screen TV is perfect for entertaining and watching a movie at night. My home has full air conditioning for those hot summer Brisbane nights.

Overlooking into my lounge through sliding doors is a large porcelain tiled balcony which faces the Brisbane River. I have a 6 seater outdoor dining set I love using during those crisp, quiet mornings. I have provided complimentary coffee and tea for you. Furthermore, a secondary balcony can be accessed from the two bedrooms, and faces the pool and tennis courts, which you can utilise during your stay at my home.

My kitchen features a bench space with sufficient space to prepare a culinary feast for a family. My dishwasher is perfect for easy and quick clean ups after family dinners. I also have appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, oven and stovetop. My neat and tidy kitchen contains dishware and dishwashing soaps for your convenience.

My master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and balcony containing an outdoor lounge set. My secondary bedroom contains a plush double bed, and all my beds contain quality hotel-quality linen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My bedrooms also contain air-conditioning while my main bedroom has sliding doors into the balcony to let in the fresh river-side breeze.

The luxurious bathrooms are furnished with white polished porcelain tiling, with high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft cotton towels provided for you. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink. My ensuite bathroom leading from my master bedroom contains a glass-door shower. My main bathroom is furnished with a big mirror and bath perfect for relaxing after a long day out in Brisbane. This also comes with the option of an over-bath shower head if you’re in a rush.

My laundry is tucked away featuring a wash-dryer combo containing complementary soaps.

There is also multiple facilities that you can use for your leisure. These include a full sized tennis court, a 22 metre pool, a spa, a sauna, and gym.

Safe and secure car parking is also available within my complex.

My place is a very homely apartment and was furnished with socializing in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
A short stroll to Toowong Village (15 mins) will take you to David Jones, shopping outlets, local cafes and a Coles supermarket. My apartment is centrally located to three lush local parks perfect for a morning stroll: Toowong Park, Moorlands Park, Dunmore Park. Furthermore, the famous eatery precinct of Park Road in Milton, is a 2 minute drive away. To explore the city simply hop on a quick bus or train located directly outside my apartment block to get on with your exploring. If you want to explore the riverside, the Regatta Ferry Terminal is a quick stroll away too. Should you require it, Wesley Hospital is located very nearby my apartment. My property is in a first-class location from where all of Brisbane’s attractions are within close proximity, this is not an apartment to miss out on!
