Beautiful Gold Coast Apartment for Six Guests

Welcome to one of the most coveted homes in Gold Coast, placed in the quiet north of Main Beach. Following recent renovations, my house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, and the provided amenities, like air conditioning, TV and private parking, will ensure your satisfaction. Situated close to a variety of restaurants, the famous theme park, Sea World, and flanked by parks and beautiful beaches, my home is a prime location from where you can easily experience the delights of Gold Coast.
The Space:
Enhance your visit to the Gold Coast by staying in my newly furnished home, which is found a few hundred metres away from Main Beach, and minutes drive away from the world-famous Sea World. With easy access to both the ocean and retail stores and restaurants, my home is perfect for families and groups looking for a seaside getaway in the Gold Coast.

My living area is adjoined to the kitchen, and is luxuriously furnished with a large, flat-screen LCD TV, and a wide plush three-seater sofa. This sofa can retract into a bed, which can comfortably sleep two guests. High-quality linen is provided for you to further supplement your restful nights. The small two-seater dining table is perfect for quiet, intimate dinners and can also double as a temporary workstation for the business traveller thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout my home.

The kitchen, directly next to the living area, is furnished with faux marble tabletops. Equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, among others, I have provided you all the appliances and utensils you need to whip up a storm. In the multitude of pantries and cupboards, there are full sets of tableware and glassware, making cooking and eating at home hassle-free. For more home dining options, the kitchen workspace doubles as a breakfast counter with two accompanying bar stools. Should you tire of dining at home, I recommend the Goa Indian Fusion restaurant for high quality Indian cuisine, only a 3 minute walk away.

After a long day of exploring the Gold Coast, walking the idyllic beaches, and having fun at the theme parks, I’m sure all you want is to rest and recharge for the next day. Fortunately, my home has two bedrooms furnished with a queen and a double bed, which are all fitted with high-quality linen and bedding, to ensure that you sleep peacefully. Each of the rooms have bedside tables and lamps which will make late night reading or internet surfing much easier for you (and your eyes). Additional guests can sleep on the sofa which unfolds into an extremely comfortable sofa bed. Linen is also available for this option.

The modern bathroom was recently furnished, with smooth granite tiling throughout. It has a large shower, with provided toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap. I have also provided soft fluffy cotton towels for you. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washing machine, drying rack and iron with ironing board.

There is private parking, as well as ample street car parking is available in front of the house.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Gold Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Gold Coast and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is in a mainly residential area of my suburb, so it is relatively quiet, but 100 metres away, Tedder Avenue has a wide range of cuisines, like Indian, French, Italian and Thai, so you’ll have a lot of options for dining. Main Beach, Pelican Beach, Hollindale Park and Proud Park are around 200-300 metres away from my home, so you’ll be relatively close to the water and nature. Sea World is a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute bus ride.
