Cute and Convenient Apartment in Central Melbourne

Welcome to my luxurious two-bedroom apartment in the centre of Melbourne city! My apartment has skyline views, a kitchen, one generous bathroom, a living room, and accommodates for six guests. Given that you’re a short stroll to Melbourne Central Station, and trams on Swanston and Lonsdale Street, you’ll be able to explore everything that Melbourne has to offer easily! Become one of the locals, and go exploring across the main strips and check out the chic foodie scene.
The Space:
Located right in the hub of Melbourne’s CBD, you’ll be able to see absolutely everything you plan on seeing. Travelling will be made extremely easy for you, with trams running through the city centre across Lonsdale Street, a 5 minute walk away. Starting off locally, if you’re wanting to get your grocery fix and a little bit of retail therapy done, Melbourne Central is a 5 minute walk away, and includes a Coles, Hoyts Cinemas, Sephora and even a Kit Kat Chocolatory!

Entering my apartment which has been styled by some of Australia’s top stylists, you will be faced by the main open living room, dining area and kitchen. The living area, is spacious and large, and is perfect for that afternoon snooze in between exploring. There is a lovely couch adorned with pillows for you to take a seat on. There is also an LCD TV made available for you, should you wish to watch some television and kick back. My lounge area leads onto a balcony through floor-to-ceiling windows. My balcony overlooks stunning views of Melbourne city skyrises which light up at night. Admire this breathtaking view over a glass of wine with your company!

Moving to my lovely kitchen, you’ll be fully equipped with facilities that will ensure you can cook some delicious meals. The kitchen is clean, modern, and features a light-up splashback. It provides plenty of counter space perfect for preparing your favourite dishes with my high-end stainless steel appliances. I have also provided your necessary dishware, cutlery and complimentary coffee and tea for your convenience. There is also dishwashing liquid for easy clean ups. If cooking isn’t your forte, or you’re wanting to head out for a bite head to Chin Chin, a very worthwhile 8 minute drive away. Here you’ll indulge in some of Melbourne’s best South East Asian food on offer - make sure you make a booking here as it is always super packed and busy!

Alternatively, if you’re having a quiet night in and choose to whip something up in the kitchen, my dining table seats 5 or so people. The dining table features an upholstered bench with an additional three chairs. This is the perfect chic set up for mini dinner parties or entertaining with friends. This can double as a workspace if you’re here on business, which you can utilise with my ultra-fast unlimited free WiFi.

After a long and tiring day of checking out Melbourne’s brunch and shopping scene, there are two bedrooms that are waiting comfortably for you. My first bedroom includes a queen bed, and my second has two single beds. All beds are covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to ensure you get the best sleep whilst away! Both bedrooms have vertical windows where you’ll be able to take a peak of the beautiful city and go to bed and wake up with scenic views. For additional guests, my sofa can also double as a sofa bed and I have provided extra linen located in the cupboards for this.

The luxurious bathroom has a clean minimal, black and white design. My shower is large with a glass door and oversized rainfall shower head. I have provided you with high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft cotton towels. A salon hair dryer has also been left under the sink.

My laundry is tucked away with a washing machine for easy washing during extended stays.

My place is a very homely, luxurious apartment and was furnished with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
