Welcome to my conveniently located apartment found just next to South Bank Train Station. My cosy 1 bedroom home is packed with the amenities you would need after a long day of exploring Brisbane’s suburbia, of which you have a fantastic view from your balcony. South Bank is Brisbane’s cultural and recreational district, so my apartment is perfectly located for you to experience the city’s secrets and attractions without a hassle.
The Space:
Upon entering my apartment, you will find my attractive and cosy designer kitchen to your left. Furnished throughout with straight grain wood, ceramic tiling, and granite tabletops, and high-end appliances, my kitchen workspace is fully equipped for you to whip up a quality meal from the comfort of your own home. Full sets of tableware and glassware can be found in the high capacity cupboards and pantries, which you are welcome to use to store your shopping. Complimentary tea and coffee have been left for you, so you can enjoy a hot cuppa during those early mornings.

Further on is the living room, which has a dining table that seats four guests. It can double as a workspace for the business-oriented traveller, as you may utilise my unlimited Wifi. Facing the large flat-screen TV is a double-seater plush sofa, which can also double as a sofa bed at night to fit two more guests, as there is additional linen provided for you. My lounge area flows onto my balcony; and during the day the windows which stretch from floor to ceiling fills my home with natural light while at night they showcase amazing views of the surrounding South Bank area. There is an outdoor dining area for two outside.

My bedroom is the perfect place to relax in after a long day of exploring the surrounding South Bank area. It boasts a large comfortable double bed equipped with high-thread count hotel quality linen, a large mirrored wardrobe and stunning floor to ceiling views of the city. If you desire privacy, all the windows have blinds that extend all the way to the floor.

My bathroom is clean, modern and functional. It has a stunning illuminated splashback, large mirrored cabinets and spacious shower. For your convenience, I have provided toiletries and soaps for you as well as fluffy towels and a hairdryer left under the sink.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Southbank, right above the train station, Woolworths supermarket, speciality shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. My apartment has easy access to the Goodwill Bridge, CBD, Children’s hospital, bus and ferry transport, the location could not be any better. The fantastic retail and dining precinct of Southbank provides delicious local dining and eateries including the Burger Project, Pourboy Espresso, Mrs Luu's, The Pantry on Grey, Stone Artisan Bakers and Ariake on Grey.
Getting Around:
My apartment is very centrally located so you can explore this cultural precinct on foot in close proximity to the city; whether it be the Queensland Performing Arts Center, Queensland Museum & Science Center, Queensland Maritime Museum, Brisbane Parklands and Brisbane wheel. My apartment is extremely convenient to explore the extent of Brisbane city through the South Bank train station located right on your doorstep, along with bus and ferry transport options. A short stroll (6 mins) will take you to the South Bank 3 Ferry Terminal. Bus stops are located a 2 minute walk around the circumference of the apartment complex.
