Enjoyable Coastal Retreat Home Sleeping 10 Guests

Just moments to the crystal waters of the Mornington Peninsula in Rosebud, this coastal home is the spot for guests looking for a relaxing time away from city life. Allowing ample space for you to bring your family along for a weekend trip or longer, my home accommodates up to 10 guests. With expansive & luxuriously furnished interiors, ocean views abound, and in close proximity to beautiful vineyards, natural hot springs and the coastline of the Peninsula, my property is ready for your arrival!
The Space:
Strolling from the sandy white beaches at Rosebud and into the beautiful, beachside interiors, you will be soon amazed by the plush rooms and open spaces throughout my home. This house is the perfect retreat for all families seeking an enjoyable escape from the rush of city life - time to soak up the sea breeze, sand and sunshine!

Guests can enjoy a generous and well catered living area with large flat screen TV and couches with beautiful natural lighting. One couch also turns into a large sofa bed sleeping up to two guests, with extra linen, doona and pillows provided for your stay.

Moving from the living space, and offering guests a large gourmet cooking space, the kitchen is ready for all your entertaining needs on your beach holiday. The kitchen area equipped with high-end appliances, generous benchtop space, and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In the pantries and cupboards, I have provided all guests with full sets of tableware and glassware, The dining table is fully set with crockery, glasses and cutlery ready for entertaining throughout the day. It also doubles nicely as a study desk.

My house has four bedrooms, which, in conjunction with the queen-size sofa-bed, can sleep up to ten guests in pure comfort. On each bed you will enjoy hotel quality linen and plush pillows each night of your time at the residence. They are spacious, allowing you more than enough space to store your luggage and belongings. All bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps, ready for night time reading :) The fourth bedroom offers two single beds, adding further flexibility for families during their stay.

The two bathrooms are fully equipped with shampoos, conditioners, a hair-dryer and soft towels ready to go. With large step-in showers and white space, the bathrooms are perfect for keeping refreshed either after a day exploring the Mornington Peninsula. Near the bathroom, you will also find a laundry space offering washing machine and wash tub. Clothes can be dried outside in the beautiful Victorian sun.

Upstairs there is a private study space, perfect for getting some work done!

The back garden is the perfect spot for relaxing with family and friends. You can also enjoy an open deck with outdoor dining table and chairs - perfect for a meal and drinks. Get ready to kick back with family and friends after a refreshing swim down at the beach. Outdoors, all guests can enjoy a large BBQ, outdoor seating for up to 8 people, as well as a retractable awning to keep you cool in the summer.

Parking is available in the covered carport, along the driveway and on the street.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with long-lasting memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Victoria for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

IMPORTANT:
+ No parties are permitted. Breaking this rule will result in immediate removal from the property.
+ No noise audible outdoors after 9:30pm and before 8am - this is a peaceful residential area. The property has been fitted with a noise surveillance system. Exceeding the set levels will result in your security bond being forfeited and immediate removal from the property. Similarly, noise complaints made by neighbours will result in the same outcome.
+ The place is for guests only. No other guests allowed on the property without prior agreement.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be ma
