The Space:
As you enter my sunny Brisbane high-end apartment you are firstly met with my modern and clean kitchen. It features an illuminated splashback, high-end stainless steel appliances including a microwave, stovetop, oven and fridge. My dishwasher tucked into the spacious kitchen island means clean-ups are very easy. My large kitchen island is perfect as a breakfast bar with my bar stools where there is complementary coffee and tea in the cupboards for you. My kitchen island is also perfect for preparing your favourite culinary meals using the pots, pans, dishware and cutlery in the cupboards.
My kitchen flows onto my open dining and lounging space. My wooden scandi-style dining table fits four, perfect for an intimate dinner party. This area can also double as a workspace perfect for business travellers. I have provided unlimited free Wifi so you can always stay connected. My designer lounge is spacious and plush, it faces a large flat-screen TV perfect for streaming your favourite movies or watching cable TV. After sunset, my lounge can also double as a sofa-bed for two additional guests. The lounge and dining area is sunny during the way with floor-to-ceiling windows leading out onto my sunny verandah which features amazing views of Brisbane City’s skyline and surrounding suburbs in one of Brisbane’s best apartments.
My master bedroom comfortably fits two with a double bed and comfy mattress. The linen is washed regularly and of high thread count ensuring you get the best night’s sleep yet! My master bedroom contains plenty of storage for your clothes or shopping needs while it also opens out onto the amazing verandah so you can watch the city’s night lights before you fall asleep. My second bedroom also contains high-quality linen, a comfortable double bed and very spacious area.
The master bathroom is new, modern and extremely clean and pristine. The spotless shower contains a glass door and oversized rainfall shower head. My spacious mirrored cabinets are perfect for storing your cosmetics and toiletries while I have also included toiletries for your convenience and comfort as well. There is a hair dryer tucked in the cabinet beneath the sink.
For longer stays, my laundry is tucked away to ease the stress of your stay.
My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.
The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the cultural and nightlife neighbourhood of Fortitude Valley on the upper east side of Brisbane’s CBD, there are limitless opportunities for experiences. A mere 4 minute walk will take you to Chinatown with delicious foods and vibrant atmosphere. This apartment complex is central to all your necessities including a Woolworths Supermarket a mere 8 minutes stroll away. Fortitude Valley contains high-end nightclubs and exciting bars and restaurants including Nikuya Japanese Restaurant, Eleven Rooftop Bar, Cloudland, Black Bear Lodge, Mister Fitz to name a few.
Getting Around:
Access to public transport from my home is extremely convenient, as there are multiple bus stops that can be found in a 100 metre radius of my home, and Fortitude Valley Train Station is a 3 minute walk away. As nearly everything you need, such as the stores and restaurants of Brunswick St and Chinatown, are very close by, travelling around my home by foot is recommended, if you want to get a few steps in or save a bit on transport.
