Welcome to my luxurious one bedroom, one bathroom stylish city apartment, found in the newly-built Flatiron Building. With designer finishes, this is not an apartment to be missed out on! Situated in beautiful Fortitude Valley, my home is very close to all that you will need, including the stores and restaurants of Brunswick St (2 min walk), and the cultural centres of the CBD (6 min bus). This is one of the best places for you to stay during your trip in Brisbane.
The Space:
My apartment is perfect for any traveller to Brisbane - being in close proximity to all that you will need, and being furnished for comfort and luxury. The Brisbane public transport system, as well as a wide range of retail stores and restaurants, are mere minutes away. If you want to explore Brisbane and its surrounding suburbs, my home is in a great location for you to do so.
My kitchen is large and spacious, overlooking the lounge and dining area and perfect for entertaining and dinner parties. It showcases a beautiful kitchen island and spacious kitchen countertop, a beautiful illuminated splashback, and high-end stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop. My dining area can comfortably seat three guests and is perfect for dinner parties; where crockery, dishware, tea and coffee and provided for you.
My lounge is spacious and contains plenty of seating with a large comfortable couch which can pull out to sleep additional guests, as well as a cute armchair. My LED flat screen TV is perfect for streaming your favourite movies using my Chromecast provided. The lounge flows out through floor-to-ceiling windows onto my spacious sunroom which showcases some of the most breaktaking, priceless views of Brisbane City and its surrounding suburbs. A bench and table duo outside can easily sit four. At night this skyline is spotted with stunning lights of the city. The sun room connects through an extended balcony onto my master bedroom which shares these amazing views through floor-to-ceiling windows. My master bed is generously sized, spacious and has the necessary high-quality linen and hotel towels provided for you. There is a mirrored wardrobe extending across the wall which fits your shopping needs.
Down the hallway, there is also a study area which you may use as a working space during the day which you can easily access using my unlimited Wifi.
My home has an ultra-modern furnished bathroom. Featuring a large sink, cabiner mirror, toilet and a large shower with an oversized rain shower head. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.
The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.
My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.
The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the cultural and nightlife neighbourhood of Fortitude Valley on the upper east side of Brisbane’s CBD, there are limitless opportunities for experiences. A mere 4 minute walk will take you to Chinatown with delicious foods and vibrant atmosphere. This apartment complex is central to all your necessities including a Woolworths Supermarket a mere 8 minutes stroll away. Fortitude Valley contains high-end nightclubs and exciting bars and restaurants including Nikuya Japanese Restaurant, Eleven Rooftop Bar, Cloudland, Black Bear Lodge, Mister Fitz to name a few.
Getting Around:
Access to public transport from my home is extremely convenient, as there are multiple bus stops that can be found in a 100 metre radius of my home, and Fortitude Valley Train Station is a 3 minute walk away. As nearly everything you need, such as the stores and restaurants of Brunswick St and Chinatown, are very close by, travelling around my home by foot is recommended, if yo
