Fresh, Modern, Convenient Home - Minutes to Beach!

Welcome to my ultimate two-bedroom pad in Vaucluse, located in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs! Six guests will be able to live like a local, with thanks to the spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, and seaside views from my place. You’ll be nearby some of the most luxe and pristine boutiques, restaurants and trendy bars and coffee spots in Double Bay, a nearby harbourside suburb. You’re a 15 minute drive to the iconic Bondi Beach, and only a 20 minute drive to the Sydney city centre.
The Space:
My space will have you living like a Sydney sider in no time! You’ll be conveniently located 20 minutes from the Sydney CBD, and within close proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, beaches and natural landscapes. Regular bus services are right near my place on Old South Head Road, where your adventure truly begins. You’re a 10 minute drive to Westfield Bondi Junction where you’ll be able to purchase all groceries, shop at boutique and retail stores, watch a movie, or dine at some restaurants. Plumer Road Shopping Village, a 7 minute drive away, also has a wide array of organic and artisan food purveyors and perfect brunch spots.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll be astounded by the charming and irresistible interior. The floorboards, light lighting and canvas images of the beaches, will set the tone for a beachy stay. Slide into the comfort of the suede couch, with some fancy cushions for you to rest your head on. Here you can watch some of your favourite television shows on my LCD TV.

My kitchen will be of great use to you over the course of your stay. The white modern cupboards, the lime coloured splashback and compact space will excite you to hit the kitchen and cook up some meals. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, an electric stove, a quality sink, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. If you’re wanting to avoid cooking, there are ample restaurants and cafes that you can head to. For breakfast, I recommend going to Indigo in Double Bay, where you can treat yourself to some poached eggs, acai or pancakes. For lunch or dinner, a 6 minute drive will take you to Watsons Bay, where you can have a delicious fresh seafood meal and enjoy waterside views at Doyles on the Beach Restaurant.

When eating-in, I have a dining table for you that happily seats six guests. All dinnerware, glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. There’s also a balcony available, with a comfortable couch, should you wish to relax with a beautiful view of the surrounding area and shoreline and cliff side views in sight.

Once you’ve been able to fully live up what Sydney has to offer, there are two-bedrooms that are comfortably waiting for you. Both bedrooms are fitted with double beds, mirror wardrobes, and windows with views of the shoreline and cliffs. Wake up the right way to these beautiful views! Both beds are covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to ensure you get the best out of your sleep. For those additional guests, the couch in the living room folds out into a sofa bed, which will definitely do the job. Linen is also provided for this option.

If you’re here on business, there’s also a room within my place where you can take a seat and do some work. I have also provided unlimited WIFI for you throughout my place, to make your stay one of ease.

The property has one bathroom, suitable for doing the showering rounds for families and groups. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and shower head, toilet and quality sink. The tiled walls, and chocolate finish of the wooden cupboards will ensure you can rejuvenate in style after a long day of exploring. There is also complimentary shampoo and conditioner that I have provided for you. A hair dryer can be found in one of the cupboards, where you can dry and style your hair.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. There is an ironing board in a nearby cupboard. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Vaucluse and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Vaucluse is located 8 kilometres (20 minutes) north-east of the Sydney CBD. Here you’ll be able to see some of Sydney’s finest tourist attractions including the Harbour Bridge, Opera House, the Royal Botanic Gardens and Luna Park.
