Gorgeous Apartment Close to Coogee Beach!!

Welcome to one of Sydney’s most desirable homes. Located right near Coogee Beach, my home is a prime location for you to enjoy life by one of Sydney’s world-renowned beaches. My home will be able to comfortably house up to six guests, thanks to the spacious living areas and bedrooms. With Coogee Beach being a 3 minute walk away, and Sydney CBD a 20 minute drive from mine, my home is perfect for you to explore Sydney and walk Sydney’s pristine coastline.
The Space:
A stay at mine will give you a first-hand taste of the kick-back lifestyle that Coogee has to offer. Travelling will be made hassle free with regular buses departing nearby at Bream Street and Arden Street. Find adventure, by getting active and partaking in the iconic cliff top coastal walk, the Bondi to Coogee walk. Be blown away by the stunning views of the coastline, and embrace the best of the Australian beaches, which all offer a place to rest, swim or grab a bite. Your stay will be one of convenience, where groceries can be sought from the local Woolworths, a 2-minute drive away. Alternatively, if you’re wanting to embrace your shopaholic ways, Bondi Junction is the perfect place for you to do some serious shopping, and it’s your lucky day because you’re only a 12-minutes from the centre.

Welcome to the modern and rustic hues of my place. The bright lighting and spacious open living layout, will have you at ease knowing you can walk around freely without feeling cramped (especially in the hotter months). Take a seat on the cute navy blue couch or armchair, where you can watch some television shows on the LCD TV. Adjust the blinds to set the tone for your television antics as well.

Proceeding to the kitchen, embrace your inner Masterchef because you’ll have all the equipment and facilities you need to make a three-course meal. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, an electric stove, a quality sink, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. For breakfast, treat yourself to a feast packed full of avocado, bacon, and poached eggs. For dinner, I recommend heading to the stunning Coogee Pavilion, a 2-minute walk away from my place. Here you can not only eat all things Mediterranean, but you can sip on some pina coladas and fancy cocktails on its picturesque rooftop.

The dining table happily seats six guests. All dinnerware, glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. If you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, this table can be used as a temporary workspace. If you were wondering, WIFI is all sorted for you as well. There’s also a large balcony, with both a large wooden table and a two seater table, should you wish to have a nice communal dinner whilst sipping some wine and enjoy the weather outdoors.

After a busy day of exploring Sydney and its beautiful coastline, there are two-bedrooms that are comfortably waiting for you. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed and an ensuite. This room has access to the large balcony, where you can slide open the doors for a nice, cool breeze, or simply relax outside on the seats. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed. Both are covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to ensure you get the best out of your sleep. There is plenty of room to store your space in these rooms thanks to the mirror cupboards. For those additional guests, the couch in the living room folds out into a queen sized sofa bed, which will definitely do the job. Doze off whilst watching a late-night movie. Linen is also provided for this option - beds are too mainstream after-all!

The property has two bathrooms, suitable for doing the showering rounds for families and groups. Both the ensuite and main bathroom are fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet and quality sink. Wash out that saltwater and sand from your luscious hair, with the complimentary shampoo and conditioner that I have provided for you. There is also a hair dryer in one of the cupboards, where you can dry and style your hair.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
