Let my apartment give you a taste of the tropical Queensland lifestyle. Found just next to South Bank Train Station and above supermarkets and local stores, you’ll find yourself located in the most convenient place. Four guests will be able to make the most of the one bedroom, bathroom, open living room, and indoor balcony that has stunning views of the surrounding area. My city pad is only a 10 minute commute via public transport to the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
The Space:
Welcome to South Brisbane! With secure parking located within the building complex and South Bank Train Station being under a 100m walk away, travelling to and from places will be easy. Locally, you’ll be able to purchase all of your groceries from the Woolworths downstairs from my apartment. Let my place be the base for you to happily leave all of your belongings and explore the area!

Feel refreshed and revitalised as you enter my open and spacious apartment. You’ll be met with the living room space, where a plush couch and LCD television are waiting for you to lounge around. Take a breather by watching some television whilst having a sip of tea or coffee. The floor-to-ceiling windows will let through some natural light and warmth as well.

My place is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen. From the grain wood, marble benchtops and tiled splashback, you’ll be able to cook in style. The high-end appliances consist of an oven, refrigerator, gas stove, quality sink as well as numerous cupboards for storage. Full sets of tableware, glassware and utensils can be found in the pantries, which you can store all of your groceries in as well. Take ownership of my kitchen and make sure you whip up some delicious meals. Try baking a nice homemade lasagne, and cutting up a garden salad. If you’re looking for a simple meal pop some spring rolls in the oven, or fry some eggs. Alternatively, head for a 7 minute walk to Ole Restaurant for a vibrant Spanish meal with tapas and some sangria.

If you’re dining in, take your meals to the indoor balcony where there is a dining table that seats four. Dine over some wine, whilst you take in the lovely views of the South Bank area. Eat any small or quick meals at the kitchen bench where there are two stools for you.

After a long day of sightseeing and taking in the beautiful Queensland lifestyle, the sleeping arrangements will be the perfect way for you to end your day. My one bedroom is extremely spacious and has ever-so-beautiful scenic views. Fitted with a double bed and high-thread count hotel quality linen, you’ll sleep comfortably. Enjoy the night views as you hit the pillow, and wake up to the natural light streaming through the blinds. For those additional guests, my lounge unfolds into a double sofa bed, and linen is also provided for this option. You’ll have good views for this option as well.

My one generous sized bathroom will ensure you can stay clean throughout your travels. It’s modern and functional and will ensure that you can spread out all of your toothbrushes, makeup, mouthwashes and other products. Fitted with a toilet, large shower, quality sink, mirrored cabinets and a illuminated splashback, you’ll be able to freshen up in no time. For your convenience, I have provided toiletries and soaps for you and a hairdryer within the cabinet.

Next door to the bathroom is a laundry featuring a washing machine and dryer as well as an iron with an ironing board. You’ll be able to wash those stained clothes in no time.

Make your way to the rooftop and relax by the infinity pool, take in the panoramic views of Brisbane or make use of the private dining room and resident’s lounge.

You’ll also have access to secure parking that is located within the building complex.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Southbank, right above the train station, Woolworths supermarket, speciality shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. My apartment has easy access to the Goodwill Bridge, CBD, Children’s hospital, bus and ferry transport, the location could not be any better. The fantastic retail and dining precinct of Southbank provides delicious local dining and eateries including the Burger Project, Pourboy Espresso, Mrs Luu's, The Pantry on Grey, Stone Artisan Bakers and Ariake on Grey.
Getting Around:
My apartment is very centrally located so you can explore this cultural precinct on foot
