Luxe Living Level 29 Skyscraper Pad

My luxurious and modern Level 29 designer apartment is one of the best in the Brisbane CBD containing an infinity pool, gym, cinema and various entertainment facilities. This is the perfect luxe apartment to kick back and relax after a long day exploring the nearby city. With public transport at your doorstep and all your necessities at your doorstep there’s no better place to stay!
The Space:
As you enter my apartment you are met with an abundance of natural light let in through the floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping around my kitchen, living and dining area. My apartment is one of the best within the building with a corner positioned apartment within the 29th Level Skyscraper - there are views as far as the eye can see.
My kitchen has luxe polished white cupboards, a large kitchen island with wooden accents. This can be used as preparation space for delicious dinners or can even double as a workspace which you may utilise with my unlimited Wifi. My kitchen area flows into the dining section with a comfortable table to sit four. I have provided crockery, dishware, soaps and tea and coffee complimentary for your convenience. These are located in the kitchen cupboards.
My L-shaped lounge is very plush and comfortable perfect for those movie nights with my large flat-screen TV. However, if you wish to sleep additional guests it can also double as a fold out bed to sleep two more guests.
My master bedroom has been professionally styled by some of Australia’s top designers. It walks out onto the sunny verandah which wraps around my apartment and offers some of Brisbane’s most priceless, breathtaking views. My double bed is comfortable and comfortably sleeps two with high thread count quality linen which is washed regularly ensuring your sheets are always crisp.
My master bedroom also contains the ensuite bathroom which features an oversized rainfall showerhead, wooden accents and an illuminated splashback. There are also toiletries provided for you and a hairdryer left beneath the sink. My master bathroom contains the same high-end amenities and is spotless in cleanliness.
My second bedroom is extremely spacious, overlooking the stunning suburban views of Brisbane. It is designed in a more masculine style with two oversized lamps perfect for reading your favourite books before bed or winding down. It contains the same high quality linen as my master and also comfortably sleeps two guests.
For longer stays, my laundry is tucked away to ease the stress of your stay.
My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.
The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the cultural and nightlife neighbourhood of Fortitude Valley on the upper east side of Brisbane’s CBD, there are limitless opportunities for experiences. A mere 4 minute walk will take you to Chinatown with delicious foods and vibrant atmosphere. This apartment complex is central to all your necessities including a Woolworths Supermarket a mere 8 minutes stroll away. Fortitude Valley contains high-end nightclubs and exciting bars and restaurants including Nikuya Japanese Restaurant, Eleven Rooftop Bar, Cloudland, Black Bear Lodge, Mister Fitz to name a few.
Getting Around:
Access to public transport from my home is extremely convenient, as there are multiple bus stops that can be found in a 100 metre radius of my home, and Fortitude Valley Train Station is a 3 minute walk away. As nearly everything you need, such as the stores and restaurants of Brunswick St and Chinatown, are very close by, travelling around my home by foot is recommended, if you want to get a few steps in or save a bit on transport.

There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $25
