Luxury Designer Apartment with Infinity Pool

Welcome to my luxury apartment, in vibrant Fortitude Valley. My home is in the perfect location for you if you wish to experience Brisbane’s sights and sounds. With a train station mere minutes away, and shopping and restaurant districts like Chinatown and Brunswick St a few hundred metres away, all of Brisbane’s quintessential attractions are within reach. Being able to house 6 guests, my home is perfect for families and small groups wanting to explore Brisbane.
The Space:
Upon entering my home, you will find the kitchen, which has two compact workspaces. My kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need for you to whip up a storm, should you choose to eat at home rather than Brisbane’s eateries. The high-capacity pantries and cupboards in my kitchen hold full sets of kitchenware and tableware, and can be used to store any shopping you may bring home.
The dining table can comfortably seat four, and is perfect for quiet intimate dinners, or as a workspace for the business-oriented traveller, by utilising the high-speed WiFi available throughout my home. I have also provided a large flat-screen TV, which you can watch while nestled in the comfort of my plush sofa. This sofa can also expand into a sofa bed, which can rest two guests using the extra linen I provide. There is also easy access to the balcony, which has a two-seater table and amazing views of the suburbs and the city.
The two bedrooms come equipped with two double beds, which are fitted with high quality bedding and linen, to ensure your comfort and restfulness after exploring Brisbane. You are welcome to use the large mirrored wardrobes to store your clothes or your luggage during your stay. The lamps on the bedside tables are perfect for you to read or manage your affairs from the comfort of your own bed.
The two ultra-modern bathrooms are furnished to be utilitarian but beautiful, and I have provided toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink. The oversized showers have rain shower heads.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.
My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.
The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the cultural and nightlife neighbourhood of Fortitude Valley on the upper east side of Brisbane’s CBD, there are limitless opportunities for experiences. A mere 4 minute walk will take you to Chinatown with delicious foods and vibrant atmosphere. This apartment complex is central to all your necessities including a Woolworths Supermarket a mere 8 minutes stroll away. Fortitude Valley contains high-end nightclubs and exciting bars and restaurants including Nikuya Japanese Restaurant, Eleven Rooftop Bar, Cloudland, Black Bear Lodge, Mister Fitz to name a few.
Getting Around:
Access to public transport from my home is extremely convenient, as there are multiple bus stops that can be found in a 100 metre radius of my home, and Fortitude Valley Train Station is a 3 minute walk away. As nearly everything you need, such as the stores and restaurants of Brunswick St and Chinatown, are very close by, travelling around my home by foot is recommended, if you want to get a few steps in or save a bit on transport.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time. I appreciate your understanding in advance.
