Located close by some of the world’s most golden beaches, this 2 bedroom townhouse Main Beach is one of the Gold Coast’s best Airbnbs in terms of both location and interior design. Styled by some of Australia’s top designers, this renovated home beats its competition in both accessibility and comfort.
The Space:
Upon entering my apartment you’ll be met with an industrial style brick wall lounge, new wooden floor boards, and a plush L-shaped lounge. There is an oversized illuminated ceiling fan located in my lounge room and the bedrooms in my home. The large flat-screen TV is perfect for relaxing and watching your favourite movies after a long day, whilst the oversized floor lamp brings character to the space. After sunset, the lounge can double as a sofa bed for an additional guest. Tucked away next to the couch is a neat and tidy dining table perfect for an intimate dinner party for two. The dining table can also double as a workspace perfect for business travellers thanks to the fast and unlimited WiFi.
The kitchen area reflects the industrial style with brick-like tiled splashback with coloured grouting and black accents. The kitchen is unmatched in cleanliness and has modern high-quality stainless steel appliances to match. The extended kitchen island can be used to prepare your favourite meals or to double as a breakfast bar which can be utilised with my two bar stools. There is crockery and dishware located in the cupboards for you as well as complimentary tea and coffee.
My master bedroom contains mustard and charcoal grey accents throughout. The double bed is large and spacious, perfect for sleeping two people. My beds are equipped with high-quality linen for your best night’s sleep and the wardrobes are perfect for storing your shopping goods and luggage. Moving into the pink and grey second bedroom you’ll find a double bed with the same hotel quality linen as well as a ceiling fan perfect for keeping you cool during those warm Gold Coast nights.
The bathroom is clean, modern, functional with charcoal coloured tiles and plenty of sink space. Featuring and oversized glass walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, you’ll be kept squeaky clean during your stay on the Gold Coast. For your convenience, I have provided fluffy cotton towels and a hairdryer under the sink.
The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo tucked beneath the kitchen benchtop.
My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.
The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the Gold Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in the Gold Coast and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the affluent suburb of Main Beach, there is plenty to do with riverside views surrounding my area. An 8 minute bus will take you directly to Sea World, perfect for outings with the kids while the Wax Museum, Infinity Attraction and Ripley’s Believe it or not is also extremely close. A quick 15 minute bus ride will take you to Australia Fair Shopping Center containing plenty of stores as well as a Coles supermarket. Local restaurants within walking distance include Goa Indian Fusion, Milan on Main, Thai Eatery and Shuck Restaurant. Jack Gordon park and Hollindale Park are within walking distance perfect for morning jogs.
Getting Around:
The free safe and secure parking means driving around the Gold Coast is extremely convenient. Gold Coast’s CBD, Surfers Paradise is a mere 8 minute drive away where you can find an abundance of local restaurants, shopping malls and beachside views including Paradise Center Shopping Mall. The (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)oint Observation Deck is located an 8 minute drive away. If you wish to explore one of Australia’s most beautiful, sunny beaches, Surfers Paradise Beach is a mere 3 minute drive away of 18 minutes on a bus.
