Welcome to my clean and comfortable residential apartment located in the riverside Dutton Park precinct while being in close proximity to Brisbane’s CBD. My 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is in walking distance to Southbank, QUT and local shops and restaurants. With a modern, newly furnished designer apartment and the comfort of home, there’s no better Brisbane apartment.
The Space:
When you first enter my apartment you are met a spacious kitchen on your left featuring a stylish matte black backsplash, white oversized kitchen island and stainless steel European appliances. This is the perfect kitchen for whipping up your favourite family dinners, I’ve kept a recipe book for you while there is crockery and dishware located in the cupboards. My kitchen island is generously-sized and perfect as a breakfast bar where I have also provided complimentary tea and coffee.
My dining table comfortably seats an intimate dinner party of four on a stylish designer chrome-legged table. This space is perfect for business travellers, doubling as a workspace which you may utilise with my unlimited free Wifi. My dining area flows into my lounge and outdoor patio area with an open floor plan. My grey 3-seater lounge is plush and comfortable, adorned with various decorative pillows. It faces a large flat-screen TV perfect for watching cable TV or streaming your favourite movies. My balcony can be accessed through the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows which during the day let in an abundance of natural light. The balcony contains two comfortable upholstered armchairs.
My master bedroom contains a large bed with plush, high-quality linen. It has two oversized lamps on the bedside tables as well as a spacious mirrored wardrobe which stretches across the width of the room; perfect for storing your shopping needs. My second bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with high thread count linen similar to that of hotel quality, perfect for your best night’s sleep. There is also a spacious wardrobe tucked into the wall as well as plenty of natural lighting through a large window looking into the quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Both bedrooms contain large ceiling fans and there is heating and cooling throughout my home perfect for those warm Brisbane nights.
My master bathroom is regularly cleaned for each new guest. There is a large mirror, tiling to match the kitchen’s splashback and accents throughout my home as well as a shower-head. There is also an option of a bath over the shower perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day out exploring Brisbane. My second bathroom contains a walk-in glass shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with the necessary amenities including toiletries, fluffy towels and a hairdryer tucked beneath the sink.
The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.
My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.
The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My apartment is located close to Southbank and the cultural precinct so you can explore the Queensland Performing Arts Center, Queensland Museum & Science Center, Queensland Maritime Museum, Brisbane Parklands and Brisbane wheel on foot. Ribbets is a local all you can eat meat restaurant. While Dutton Park is one of Brisbane’s most beautiful parks with Harmony Gardens and stunning Brisbane River views. It is a mere 7 minute walk away down the road, perfect for a morning stroll.
Getting Around:
My apartment includes safe and secure parking onsite if you wish to drive around Brisbane; the CBD is a 9 minute drive away. If you wish to use public transport there are plenty of options, getting to the CBD is extremely easy and only 20 minutes away with frequent busses in stops located around the circumference of
