Rustic Dromana Beach House

Just a few steps to the crystal waters of the Morning Penisula at Dromana, this coastal residence is perfect for guests looking for a rustic retreat. Allowing ample space for you to bring your family along for a weekend trip, my home accommodates up to eight guests. With expansive & luxuriously furnished indoor & outdoor areas, both flooded with natural light, and in close proximity to beautiful vineyards and coastline of the Peninsula, my property captures the perfect Australian holiday.
The Space:
Strolling from the beach at Dromana, and into the beautiful, beachside interiors, you will be soon amazed by the plush interiors and wide open spaces throughout my home. This house is the perfect retreat for all families seeking an enjoyable escape from the rush of city life - time to soak up the sea breeze, sand and sunshine!

Living areas are furnished with soft, linen couches and inspired Danish designs all whilst being positioned amongst the heart of the Australian landscape. In the living area, you’ll also find flat-screen LCD television that will keep you easily entertained throughout your coastal holiday. The linen couch also turns into a large sofa bed sleeping up to two guests, with extra linen, doona and pillows provided for your stay.

Moving from the living space, and offering guests a large gourmet cooking space, the kitchen is ready for all your entertaining needs on your beach holiday. The kitchen area, which separates the two living areas, is wide and well-furnished, with high-end appliances, and includes an oven, microwave, and refrigerator. In the pantries and cupboards, I have provided you with full sets of tableware and glassware, The dining table is fully set with crockery, glasses and cutlery for all guests. It also doubles nicely as a study desk.

My house has three bedrooms, which, in conjunction with the queen-size sofa-bed, can sleep up to eight guests in pure comfort. On each bed you will enjoy hotel quality linen and plush pillows each night of your time at the residence. They are spacious, allowing you more than enough space to store your luggage and belongings. All bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps, ready for night time reading :)

The bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, a hair-dryer and soft towels ready to go. With a large step-in shower and crips white space, the bathroom is perfect for keeping refreshed either before or after a day on the coast in the Mornington Peninsula. To the side of the bathroom, you will also find a laundry space offering washing machine and wash tub. Clothes can be dried outside in the beautiful Victorian sun.

There are expansive outdoor areas around the home. The covered deck space with entertaining table and chairs is perfect for long lunches and dinners in the Australian sun. Get ready to kick back with family and friends after a refreshing swim down at the beach.

Parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with long-lasting memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Victoria for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

IMPORTANT:
+ No parties are permitted. Breaking this rule will result in immediate removal from the property.
+ No noise audible outdoors after 9:30pm and before 8am - this is a peaceful residential area. The property has been fitted with a noise surveillance system. Exceeding the set levels will result in your security bond being forfeited and immediate removal from the property. Similarly, noise complaints made by neighbours will result in the same outcome.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
