The Space:

Upon entering my luxury city apartment you will a comfortable, chic apartment with an abundance of natural light. The pristine, white modern kitchen and living open plan area contains high-end, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cupboard space. My kitchen island is large and perfect for preparing your favourite meals. You will have full accessibility to glassware and kitchenware for private dinner parties during your stay along with complimentary coffee and tea. While my dining table of four is perfect for seating an intimate dinner party, it can also be used as a temporary workstation thanks to the ultra-fast, unlimited WiFi available for your ease of use.
With an open plan kitchen, dining and living space containing floor to ceiling windows, this apartment lets in a stream of natural light with stunning skyscraper views.Light flows into the spacious living area containing a plush couch and large LED Smart flat screen TV equipped with Chromecast. The wide lounge can be transformed into a sofa bed to comfortably fit two additional guests at night. The apartment overlooks breathtaking views of Brisbane CBD’s skyline.
The master bedroom features high ceilings with full length windows adjacent to the living area, showcasing some of Brisbane’s best riverside views. The large designer bed features hotel quality linen, fresh sheets and plush pillows. To ensure your satisfaction, all bedding is professionally cleaned every stay and is replaced regularly.
The luxurious, ultra-modern bathroom is furnished with porcelain tiling, an illuminated splashback and large cabinet mirrors. The oversized shower is top of the line with a glass door and large rainfall shower head. The bathroom is spacious and contains high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft cotton towels provided for you to make this apartment your home for the duration of your stay. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.
The home also comes complete with a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a cupboard, making those longer stays hassle-free.
This property has a strict no party policy and is not a space to hold events such as ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekends. Guests will be screened prior to booking and removed from the property if this rule is violated.

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
