Welcome to my ideally located, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom city pad. This modern apartment showcases fantastic views of the Southbank of Brisbane city and will be the perfect retreat after a long day out exploring the local areas. My apartment is fully furnished by some of Australia’s top designers. With the Southbank station located at your doorstep, convenience is at the top of the list for this apartment!
The Space:
Upon entering my apartment you will be met with a comfortably sized kitchen area with wooden and quartz accents throughout. There is plenty of storage available in the floor to ceiling cupboards tucked into the wall for you to store your shopping. My kitchen showcases a mosaic splashback, large kitchen island perfect for preparing your favourite meals, high-end stainless steel appliances, microwave and refrigerator. I have left crockery and dishware in the cupboards along with complimentary tea and coffee for the comfort of your stay.
The open floor plan of my home means the kitchen comfortably flows into the dining and lounging area. My dining set can comfortably sit four and can also double as a study or working space which you may utilise with my unlimited Wifi. My lounge is plush and comfortable, it faces a large flat screen TV to stream your favourite movies and TV shows. Otherwise, my sofa can also double as a sofa bed at night to fit a third guest, there is additional linen provided for you. My lounge area flows onto my balcony; during the day the large windows let in an abundance of natural light while at night they showcase stunning views of the surrounding Southbank area. There is an outdoor dining area for two outside.
My bedroom is the perfect place to retreat after a long day. It fills all your basic needs including a large comfortable double bed equipped with high-thread count hotel quality linen, a large mirrored wardrobe and stunning floor to ceiling views of the city.
My bathroom is clean, modern and functional. It has a stunning illuminated splashback, large mirrored cabinets and spacious shower. For your convenience, I have provided toiletries and soaps for you as well as fluffy towels and a hairdryer left under the sink.
For longer stays, my laundry and dryer and located tucked away in a separate cupboard to ease the stress of your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Southbank, right above the train station, Woolworths supermarket, speciality shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. My apartment has easy access to the Goodwill Bridge, CBD, Children’s hospital, bus and ferry transport, the location could not be any better. The fantastic retail and dining precinct of Southbank provides delicious local dining and eateries including the Burger Project, Pourboy Espresso, Mrs Luu's, The Pantry on Grey, Stone Artisan Bakers and Ariake on Grey.
Getting Around:
My apartment is very centrally located so you can explore this cultural precinct on foot in close proximity to the city; whether it be the Queensland Performing Arts Center, Queensland Museum & Science Center, Queensland Maritime Museum, Brisbane Parklands and Brisbane wheel. My apartment is extremely convenient to explore the extent of Brisbane city through the South Bank train station located right on your doorstep, along with bus and ferry transport options. A short stroll (6 mins) will take you to the South Bank 3 Ferry Terminal. Bus stops are located a 2 minute walk around the circumference of the apartment complex.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance.If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time.
