Welcome to the airbnb offering the perfect balance between suburban Brisbane lifestyles and close proximity to the CBD. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment offers a comfortable local lifestyle in a modern complex featuring an outdoor pool while located in a prime location - a short drive away from the heart of Brisbane City.
The Space:
My apartment is located close to Brisbane’s trendiest wharfside shopping centre Portside Wharf and Eat Street which features harbourside dining views with boutique restaurants in shipping containers.

As you enter my apartment you are met with my ultra-modern kitchen containing high-end stainless steel appliances perfect for whipping up your favourite culinary dishes. My kitchen is extremely oversized and features a large kitchen island which is perfect for preparing dishes and can also double as a breakfast bar with my bar stools provided. There is also dishware, complimentary tea and coffee provided for your convenience.
My kitchen overlooks my spacious dining and lounge area. My dining table is country style, made of wood and can comfortably seat a family of 6, perfect for dinner parties. My dining table is spacious and can also double as a working space Meanwhile my lounge has high ceilings, a comfortable lounge that can pull out into a double bed at night, as well as a large TV. My flat screen TV is perfect for streaming your favourite movies or TV shows. My lounge has a high ceiling fan to help keep you cool during those hot Hamilton days. My lounge and kitchen area also showcases a wall of floor-to-ceiling glass which slides out onto a balcony with a seating area for four.
My master bedroom is equipped with a neatly made bed, additional ceiling fan and high-quality, high thread count linen for the comfort of your stay. The Queen bed is generously sized and my decor has nautical undertones reflecting the waterside scenery. My second bedroom also showcases a stunning view of the surrounding neighbourhood through floor-to-ceiling windows, a ceiling fan and high quality linen. There is also plenty of storage space in these bedrooms for your shopping needs.
My two bathrooms are spacious, modern and clean. They have complimentary toiletries I have provided as well as fluffy, hotel-quality towels. My first bathroom has a spacious shower with a glass door perfect for getting yourself clean after hot days at the beach. My second bathroom contains a large bathtub with a shower head perfect for relaxing after long days. There is also a laundry and dryer duo perfect for longer stays.
My complex provides entertainment and facilities similar to that of a luxury resort. It contains a large outdoor pool, BBQ area, garden oasis and outdoor dining areas. This is the perfect home to sit back and relax.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Hamilton and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
If you’re a fan of seafood, you’ve come to the right place! Local seafood restaurants scatter the Brisbane River shoreline stocking the freshest catches of the day. My apartment is located just a 6 minute walk from Portside Wharf which features a movie theatre, local supermarket and highly reviewed bar & grill bistros including Sono Japanese Restaurant, Cruisers Cafe Bar & Grill and Max Brenner for a sweet treat. Public transport is a breeze with the ferry terminal located at your doorstep. A 7 Eleven is a quick 2 minute walk away from me with local cafes up the road.
Getting Around:
The priceless location of this apartment means you can explore the extent of Brisbane City with close proximity while being able to enjoy quiet suburban, harbourside lifestyles. Situated in the inner northern suburb of Brisbane City with views of both Brisbane CBD and Brisbane River, this the the perfect location for a relaxing business or holiday stay. With shopping centres, local pubs and public transport located at your arm's reach, this elite apartment could not get any better! You’ll be a short walk from the Brisbane River and local Hamilton Recreation Reserve and Dog Park which is perfect for photos or for a morning jog. There are convenient bus stops located just outside my home for easy transport to the CBD (30mins) on the 302 or 300 bus. The Bretts Wharf Ferry Terminal is only a 4 minute walk away otherwise, the CBD is only a 15 minute drive away.
