Designer Brisbane Apartment with Skyline Views

Be prepared for an amazing time in Brisbane with my beautiful, state of the art designer apartment. The apartment is roomy and inviting, sleeping up to four guests. Overlook Brisbane’s beautiful skyline from the windows, and relax on the outdoor balcony. Your stay will be made perfect thanks to a generous living room, bathroom, a kitchen and infinity pool. Become one of the locals as you embrace the foodie scene and everything on offer in the fast-growing, modern city of Brisbane!
The Space:
The apartment presents a breath of fresh air as you walk in, with the city views bringing the space alive. With restaurants and cafes in walking distance, travelling is no hassle at all. Travelling is a cinch, with the local train station just a 3 minute walk, and bus services made right on Brunswick Street. When off to brunch with friends, you’ll have a range of cool cafes in nearby Fortitude Valley and on James Street. If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. For a taste of Spain and to get your salsa on, make your way to Toro Bravo.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll immediately feel as though you’re living a luxe life, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling vertical windows, that will allow you to constantly be reminded of the beautiful area you find yourself in. Find the time to take a seat on the lounge and watch some shows on the large flat-screen TV and comfy lounge space.

My kitchen is everything you’ve ever dreamed of! You’ll have more than enough space to multi-task and the kitchen is also fitted with an oven, marble benchtops, a quality sink, and a dishwasher to ensure that you feel right at home! Since you’re on a break, it’s understandable that you want to avoid cooking yourself. Don’t fret because you’re at the perfect place to explore the food scene. If you want to try a chic meal and add some Middle Eastern seasoning into your life, you must try Gerard’s Bistro!

Take a seat for a lovely meal at the dining table that seats four people. Dine in the company of others, and soak up the views because you’ll truly be living the life. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. Please note, that if you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, this table can be used as a temporary workstation. There’s free wifi throughout the property too!

After all the walking, shopping and indulging in the delicious food on offer, it’s most probably time to call it a night! You’ll have two beds to choose from, both fitted with hotel quality 750 thread count linen. One is the main bedroom, the second is the generous sofa bed.

The property has one fresh bathroom, with toilet and shower. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer!

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

The apartment also has additional facilities for your use. There is an open gym if you wish to burn off all of those calories. Equipment available includes treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls.

There is also an amazing pool area if you’re looking to cool down. Some tanning beds are nearby as well for you to get your tan on. Alternatively, if swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can unwind, and have some down time.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Fortitude Valley and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the ever-so vibrant and lively culture of Fortitude Valley. For all you art appreciators, head to heart of the arts precinct in the area, Brisbane Modern Art Gallery, that is only a 5 minute drive away. As you can probably gather, the foodie culture here is absolutely booming. Eat your way through Chinatown, only a 3 minute drive, which is buzzing full of restaurants and bars.
