Sophisticated 2 Bedroom Pad with Riverside Views

Welcome to my designer apartment situated near the Brisbane waterfront. The hotel-quality bedding and amenities will satisfy up to six guests, and the professionally furnished interior captures Brisbane’s modern, sophisticated feel. An 8 minute walk to South Bank Station, and a minute’s walk to the Maritime Museum Ferry Terminal, my apartment is a prime location for you to explore Brisbane and immerse yourself in the city’s unique culture.
The Space:
Upon entering my home, you will find my kitchen, which is cozily tucked away into opposite walls. This compact workspace is clean, modern, and highly utilitarian, and is fitted with high quality stainless steel appliances, like a stove, oven and refrigerator. Provided for you are full sets of kitchenware and silverware, stored in high capacity pantries and cupboards, which are also able to any groceries you buy.

Experience open floor plan living in my home, as the kitchen flows effortlessly into the living room. The four-seater dining table is adjoined to the lounging chair, to maximise our comfort as you dine. The dining table can also function as a temporary workspace for the business-oriented traveller, utilising the high-speed WiFi available throughout my home. I have also provided you a large flat-screen television, from where you can watch Australia’s wide range of free broadcasting from the comfort of my plush sofa. This sofa can fold out into a bed, which can easily bed two guests, utilising the extra linen in my home. Just outside is the balcony, which overlooks the surrounding suburbs. There is a two seater table set up, which I enjoy using for my early morning coffees.

My two bedrooms are equipped with two double beds, which are fitted with hotel-quality bedding and linen, to enhance your comfort after a long day of exploring Brisbane. Each bed has bedside tables complete with lamps, so you will be able to enjoy your favourite book in bed without straining your eyes. You are free to use the large mirrored wardrobes to store any clothes or any baggage that you otherwise have no space for.

My bathroom is furnished in an ultra-modern fashion, and features a toilet, sink and shower. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is very close to Brisbane’s CBD, and many restaurants, stores, and attractions are in close reach. If you wish to travel to the heart of Brisbane, it is only a 13 minute trip by bus. Various attractions, such as the Maritime Museum, the Museum and Science Centre, and the Gallery of Modern Art, are on the South Bank and found in a 1 kilometre radius of my home. A variety of cuisines are at your fingertips, including Japanese, French and Indian cuisines. The acclaimed ARIA Restaurant is also a 14 minute ferry trip away.
Getting Around:
You’ll have access to secure and private parking which means getting around by car is a cinch. Access to public transport from my apartment is extremely convenient. The South Bank Train Station is an 8 minute walk from my property, allowing you to access nearly all of Brisbane via the extensive train system. Furthermore, a number of bus stops can be found in a 100-200 metre radius from my apartment, increasing the city’s accessibility to you. Furthermore, the Maritime Museum Ferry Terminal is a minute’s walk away from my apartment, increasing the options that you have to explore the city.
