Stunning Apartment Nearby Brisbane's CBD

Centrally located close to Brisbane’s CBD are the iconic Fortitude Valley skyscraper apartments - particularly my newly-built Flatiron apartment. This apartment fits 5 guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious open plan lounge and private underground parking. Public transport is extremely convenient and my luxury city view apartment is styled by some of Australia’s best designers.
The Space:
Upon entering my apartment you will be met with an abundance of natural light let in by my floor-to-ceiling windows. To your left is my spacious, clean kitchen which has a large kitchen island perfect for preparing your favourite culinary dishes or to be used as a breakfast bar with the bar stools provided. I also have complimentary tea and coffee provided for you. My kitchen contains stunning stainless steel high-end appliances and plenty of storage space. There is also crockery, soaps and dishware located in the kitchen cupboards for you.

My kitchen space flows onto my dining and lounge area which is very spacious and bright. My large dining table is perfect for dinner parties of six or otherwise can also double as a working space which you may utilise with my unlimited WiFi. My comfortable lounge faces A flat-screen LED TV is perfect for streaming your favourite movies. My lounge area flows out onto my bright balcony area which seats two. It showcases some of Brisbane’s most picturesque skyscraper views and is not a view to be missed!

My master bedroom contains a large wardrobe and leads out onto this stunning balcony. My queen bed is comfortable, large and plush with high thread-count linen. There is also a full-length mirrored wardrobe perfect for storing all your shopping needs. My second bedroom similarly contains hotel-quality linen, a spacious double bed and a mirrored wardrobe. At night time, my sofa can also double as a sofa bed to fit an additional guest.

My two bathrooms are spacious, clean and luxurious with wooden accents and rainfall shower heads. I have spacious mirrored cabinets perfect for storing your needs. There are also amenities and toiletries provided for you for the comfort of your stay. There is also a hairdryer located underneath the sink for you.

My laundry and washer duo is located in a cupboard perfect for longer stays.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My apartment is situated extremely close to Brisbane’s CBD. Brisbane’s Chinatown, along with its multitude of restaurants and stores, is a 4 minute walk from my property. It is within walking distance of various shopping precincts, such as the Emporium Shopping Centre (14 minutes walk), and James Street (13 minutes walk). If you wish to travel further, Brisbane’s CBD is easily accessed via public transport. My apartment is also relatively close to Brisbane’s cultural sites, such as Brisbane Museum and Science Centre, City Hall, the Queensland Art Gallery, and the State Library of Queensland. Thus, my property is in a first-class location from where all of Brisbane’s attractions are within close proximity, especially considering its extensive public transport system.
Getting Around:
You’ll have access to secure and private parking which means getting around by car is a cinch. Access to public transport from my apartment is extremely convenient. The Fortitude Valley Train Station is a 3 minute walk from my property, allowing you to access nearly all of Brisbane via the extensive train system. Furthermore, a number of bus stops can be found within a 100-200 metre radius from my apartment, increasing the city’s accessibility to you. Again, major shopping hubs, like James Street, are a 20 minute trip from my apartment, and a multitude of cultural and tourist centres like Chinatown, Queensland Art Gallery and the Queensland Museum and Science Centre can be found within a 2 kilometre radius of my property.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time. I appreciate your understanding in advance.
