NEW Victorian Garden Flat Tulse Hill/West Dulwich

This is a lovely flat overlooking the garden, on a very quiet Victorian terraced street. The flat is on the lower floor of our house, it has its own front door, back door to the garden, bedroom, bathroom and living area with a double sofa bed and newly fitted kitchen.

The flat is a cosy, quiet space which we've created so it's as relaxing and homely as possible. The kitchen is well stocked - we provide tea, coffee, cereal and other kitchen cooking essentials. In the lounge area there's a double sofa bed if you need it and Sky TV, complete with sky sports and movies. There's a king size bed in the bedroom which looks out directly into the garden, the bathroom is decent sized with a good shower.

Tulse Hill station is only a 4 minute walk, Tate Modern only a 15 minute train journey from there. Within a short walk are trendy West Norwood and Herne Hill's restaurants, bars and pubs, and upmarket Dulwich Village.
