This exclusive, brand new villa is breath-taking! Here you have a
whopping 6 bedrooms giving enormous amounts of space throughout the
two-storey property to accommodate all you, your friends and family for
the duration of your stay! Whilst your away you can stay connected to
the rest of the world on our complimentary wi-fi. If you enjoy your
digital entertainment, you can also put your feet up in one of the two
living-rooms and relax whilst you engage in some good old TV watching!
Both of which have 50” TV’s with plenty of channels to watch. This

Furthermore, you have an exquisite open plan kitchen which is kitted
out with all appliances for if you wish to cook at home. Conveniently,
we also have an ice cube maker so you can stay refreshingly cool whilst
sipping cold drinks by your private pool side or in the air-conditioned
villa.
There is a wonderful, modernized dining area which has a broad dining
table set to serve 8 people, this would be a fabulous room for
entertaining guests if you wish! If you’re looking for a little more
entertainment afterwards, you could always head into your private games

own swimming pool/spa you will definitely get the ‘WOW’ factor that
you’re look for! The pool can also be heated at an additional cost if
you are visiting Florida in the cooler months. Along the pool deck area
