Blue Water Dream

Blue Water Dream is a brand new modern stylish holiday home with uninterrupted Marina views. Just a stones throw from the "Blue Water Bar & Grill",a popular spot for weddings receptions, casual and formal dining and it's collection of boutique wines, craft beers and gourmet food. Within walking distance is also the seculded Trinity Park Beach and popular exercise track to the summit of Earl Hill.

This home makes the most of the cool coastal breeze and tropical lifestyle with ample indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. There are three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located downstairs separate from the main house, both with queen sized beds which lead into a private alfresco area with a BBQ, a beautiful magnesium pooland servery to the main kitchen.

The second story has an over sized master bedroom with a king sized bed, private balcony over looking the marina, en suite with bath tub, 50 inch wall mounted smart TV and massive walk in robe/dressing room available to guests.

Join the locals fishing nearby and take home dinner for the family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas cook top and oven,wine fridge and butlers pantry.

This property accepts very tidy pets.

The Marina

The Marina is cyclone rated and was constructed by Bellingham Marineboasting 108 mono and multi hulled berths allowing a variety of vessels to be berthed and supplying deep water access to the Great Barrier Reef.

Subject to availability, berths are accessible all the year round. However the period of October through to March is generally at full capacity so it is advisable to book early. Rental rates are calculated on the size of the berth, not on the boat length.

Berthage is due in advance and rates include GST. Casual or long term rentals are available. 2 phase 240v power is included with 10m, 12m and 15m berths and 3 phase power is available for 18m berths at an additional charge. An additional charge per day applies to all vessels fitted with air conditioning.
