This unique home has been transformed into a stylish contemporary home and located only a short walk to the beautiful Rye beach.

Complete with brand new kitchen including dishwasher and stainless steel fridge with filtered water, gas stove and electric cooking. The lounge has 55 inch Plasma with Blu Ray DVD player and 2 leather sofas. There is a 6 seater outdoor setting on upstairs deck (not photographed) and another outdoor setting in rear yard with 8 chairs.

Two bathrooms, one of which is brand new and the other has been lovingly restored. The bedrooms all offer quality brand new mattresses, doonas with doona covers. There is a quaint outdoor bathroom with WC and hot and cold shower, perfect after a day at the beach.

N.B. Downstairs is not available to guests.
