Welcome to Majestic 404. This delightful condo is designed for beach living with a coastal chic vibe, perfect for you & your family or guests. With stunning Gulf views, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, listening to the sounds of the Emerald Coast.
The open concept living area has the views you dream of along the Emerald Coast with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sleeper sofa and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. The large Gulf Front balcony is the ideal location to forget your troubles and enjoy some beach therapy.
Your kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 4 at the table and an additional seating at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A washer and dryer are provided to wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!
The spacious condo offers three bedrooms. The Master Suite is complete with a king size bed & ensuite with oversized shower and double vanity. The master has private access to the balcony also, offering the perfect place to enjoy the views, watch the sun rise over the Emerald Coast, and star gaze. The junior suite has a queen bed with a shared full bathroom. The bunk room is a perfect kid friendly hang out for late night sleep overs. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and luxury linens.
