Coutts Beach Break is located just a couple of hundred metres from the foreshore beach and the popular Provincia Food Store is a short drive away for your morning coffee.

Featuring a beach inspired upside down layout to take advantage of the beautiful views to Mt Martha, the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area spills out onto a relaxing deck complete with BBQ, alfresco dining and a hanging swing chair - a perfect spot to soak up the sun and relax with your friends and family. There is also a smaller deck off the well appointed kitchen to allow for sea breezes and coastal views.

The master bedroom with the two-way ensuite is also upstairs, whilst the remaining 2 newly furnished bedrooms, main bathroom with deep soaker tub, laundry and second living area are downstairs. Adjacent to the ground floor living area is a covered deck and small fenced garden area. There is also a table tennis table to keep the kids' entertained.

When using the double garage there is off street parking available for 4 cars. This property does not allow pets.
