Welcome to Majestic 805. This Gulf front condo is designed for beach living with laid back beach vibe, perfect for you & your family or guests. With breathtaking Gulf views, you can enjoy picturesque sunsets on the balcony, or fall to sleep listening to the sounds of the Emerald Coast.
The open concept living area has the views you dream of and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sleeper sofa and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. The large Gulf Front balcony is the ideal location to forget your troubles and enjoy some beach therapy.
Your kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for after the beach feasts. The dining area has seating for 4 at the table and an additional seating at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A washer and dryer are provided to wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!
The beach friendly condo offers two bedrooms. The Master Suite is complete with a king size bed & ensuite with jacuzzi tub, private balcony access allows guests to enjoy the views, watch the sun rise over the Emerald Coast, and star gaze. The bunk room is a perfect kid friendly hang out for late night sleep overs. Adjacent bathroom offers a walk in shower. Each bedroom has a flat screen TVs.
