Windella Break

Set back from the street, Windella Break is a new holiday home, located in a quiet street just minutes from the shops, cafes and the front beach of Rosebud.

Conveniently located downstairs, the well-equipped modern open plan kitchen overlooks the spacious dining area and comfortable lounge area. Doors to the backyard open to create indoor-outdoor entertaining and living. Outside is a fully fenced entertainment courtyard and grassed area with BBQ, whereby friends and family can relax and recharge. There is a bathroom with shower downstairs.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a TV, WIR and an ensuite. The 2 other bedrooms share a main bathroom and separate toilet.

Windella Break is a great place to base yourself. Whether you want to enjoy the relaxation of staying close or exploring the abundance of what the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
