Tucked away in a quiet tree lined street, and 1.5km each way between the front and back beaches, this coastal inspired 3 bedroom beach house embraces seaside living.

Immaculately presented and flooded in light via the full height windows, this recently updated split level home boasts timber lined raised ceilings and a generous floor plan, allowing room to move for all of your guests.

The centrally located clean kitchen is well stocked and includes all modern conveniences and ample bench space. Tucked behind the kitchen is the relaxing lounge with sun dappled full length picture windows. A cozy retreat in winter.

Down a couple of stairs from the kitchen*, is the dining area, with seating for 8, and sliding doors with access to the entertaining deck.

Framed by the coastal foliage, the elevated sun deck doubles as the outdoor kitchen and dining zone. Wonderfully equipped, there is a servery window from the kitchen, a gas BBQ and dining table with bench seats. A great spot to enjoy a meal with friends.

Back inside, and tucked behind the kitchen is the relaxing lounge with sun dappled full length picture windows. A cozy retreat in winter.

The master bedroom is located off the lounge area and via a short staircase and includes a queen bed, ensuite and WIR. The 2 remaining bedrooms share a bathroom and have BIR's.
