Charming, peaceful and tucked away in a coastal street on the narrowest leg of the Mornington Peninsula, Sorrento SeaViews is an easy stroll to the crystal waters of Cameron's Bight bay beach, the Koonya Store and slightly longer walk to the Koonya back beach.

Perched high on the elevated block and with mesmorising coastal views through to Arthur's Seat, the 2 storey layout of the home takes advantage of its' superior positioning.

Through the front door on the lower level, you enter the unofficial kids' zone complete with billards table, TV, sofa bed and a large bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. There is also a separate European laundry on the lower level.

Leading up the stairs you are greeted with an open plan lounge / dining and well appointed kitchen area, all of which are framed by a wall of light filled windows and french doors that opens onto the full length entertainment outdoor living deck.

Offering an additional living area, the deck is a show stopper with its' panoramic views of the bay and the coastal tree tops. A stunning spot to capture the afternoon sun and spectacular sunsets in either the comfortable outdoor couches, bean bag, swinging chair, rocking chair and there is an outside open fire place for toasting marshmallows. Also on the deck is a gas BBQ and a small table and chair set for your morning coffee and reading the paper.

Sleeping arrangements cater to the extended family with 2 queen beds, 2 bunk bed sets and 2 bathrooms. The master ensuite bathroom upstairs has a 2-way access with the main bedroom and has a corner spa bath. All 3 bedrooms have BIR's and have either a ceiling fan or portable fans. The house has ducted heating.

The property is fully fenced but not suitable for pets. There is off street parking for 2 cars.
