The Space:
This 1932 townhouse, offers a truly great Athenian experience. Aspa & Christos, along with their son, are a truly great family to host you. We help them manage this listing and provide whats best for their guests. Beautiful classy decoration, high ceilings, a staircase -real masterpiece of its kind-, the garden and the balconies, are just a few this place has to offer. On top of it all, the roof terrace with the view of Acropolis and the rest of Athens, is spectacular!

Makriyanni and Acropolis area needs no referals. Its such a great location to be.The street the house is on, is a dead end, so no cars come or go, other than the few owners on the block. Going up the stairs from the dead end, gets you to the Philopappou Hill peripheral road, that leads to Acropolis.
Guest Access:
The first floor is home to 2 bedrooms our guests can use. One of them, can become a cosy living room area too. Both rooms have private access to the deck balcony. The bathroom with the bathtub is PRIVATE for the guests. The main living room area, the kitchen and the rear balcony with the garden, are all for common use, and so are both terraces, the garden side (chess tiles style) and the top one facing Acropolis.
Interaction with Guests:
Both the family and ourselves will be available to help with whatever our guests might need, always discreetly of course. If it so happens, we might have a glass of wine with them or coffee too!

We will absolutely do our best to help you, be "invisibly" at your demand. We never intrude, we never bother. Whatever way we can make your stay better, just let us know! We can always help with reservations and somewhat of a concierge for you. The earlier the better to make plans!
The Neighborhood:
Its one of the most aristocratic areas of Athens, at the foothills of Acropolis. Mostly families live in the area, old townhouses , taking the guest back to what Athens used to be in her Golden era!
Getting Around:
Usually parking can be found below the building and on the sidestreets. Public transportation is a few minutes walking towards Acropolis, and via bus or metro people can acess the broat Athens network.
Other Things to Note:
This is a NON SMOKING property... Please use the balcony area in order to smoke. We do provide ashtrays though :)
