The Space:
The studio's cozy atmosphere after the careful renovation decorated with taste, fully equipped with all need appliances. An ideal choice for both couples and business can walk safely ,pretty much everywhere and enjoy the Athenian neighborhood! The tram stop Leoforos Vouliagmenis is just 2 minutes walk. The Athens Coastal Tram goes to Zappeion Hall, Syntagma Square, and South to the beaches of Glyfada and Voula with stops in Nea Smyrni and all along the coast.

The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in a typical Athenian neigborhood just a few minutes easy walk across to the Acropolis monument and museum, one of the top destinations of the world! The area of Neos Kosmos (New World) is well placed between Pagrati, Koukaki areas, close to main avenues, attractions, markets and much more. Vibrant yet quiet, close to so much but then as remote as needed to enjoy a good night sleep!
Getting Around:
Its easy to visit many interesting places from this cute studio base! Tram is right across the main avenue, Callirhoe avenue . The stop is called Vouliagmenis. Walk out to the left and then left again, to your right on the avenue is the tram station, taking you to the south of Athens (beach) or center, Syntagma. Buses come and go all the time.

We care for you to receive a clean and tidy space. Hence, our cleaning costs include our professional housekeepers' time as well as professionally wash-dry-fold quality linen-each and everytime. We work with professionals that make sure what we give you is just right. Set of towels, bedsheets and other linen are waiting fresh for you at the flat. We also leave shampoos and other essentials, so you can start off your accomodation properly! Please dont smoke inside the flat, take it outside at the balcony. Dispose of your cigarettes properly please as its a fire hazard.
