Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to the flat's interior, the verandas and the parking space at the ground floor. U will love this place.

You are about to enjoy yourselves as you wish and not be bothered by anyone else. Anything you need though, you just ask, email, sms, and of course call! We will help you the best way possible.

We will absolutely do our best to help you, be "invisible" at your demand. We never intrude, we never bother our guests. We would love to meet you for coffee or drinks, but it's solely up to you! Whatever way we can make your stay better, just let us know! We can always help with reservations and somewhat of a concierge for you with restaurants and trips in Greece, islands, tips etc. The earlier the better to make plans!
The Neighborhood:
In classical antiquity, the area of Neos Kosmos may have been the location of the gymnasium Cynosarges.Neos Kosmos is south of the historic centre of the city. Andrea Syngrou Avenue is one of the main roads of Neos Kosmos, taking you to the center of Athens as well as the South, beach side (Glyfada area, further away to the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio area etc).

Its a great location, close to most places you would like to visit!
Just two streets below us to the left of the building's entrance, you reach the center of the neighborhood with caffes' and shops, markets and anything u need should be there. Its very convenient since our location is so quiet yet we are close to everything.

The Neos Kosmos metro is literally a couple of minutes walking down from our flat, making it accessible via and to the center of Athens and so much more!
Getting Around:
Neos Kosmos has three Attiko Metro subway stations: Syngrou Fix, Neos Kosmos and Agios Ioannis and is also served by the Athens Tram. Our flat is close to the Neos Kosmos metro station!
Other Things to Note:
Please do not smoke in the flat, use the balconies (and ashtrays provided) :). We are located in a very safe area, however we like to lock the building's door past 10pm.

If u are using the parking space, please park well so that we dont disturb the others parking around us as well.
