This apartment is located in the heart of the Eixample of Barcelonés. Only 3 streets from the main avenue of the city Passeig de Gràcia. From there a few meters you can visit the famous “Casa Batllò” and if you walk 4 more streets you will find the “Casa Milà”.

To the other side of the Passeig de Gràcia to 200 meters you will arrive at Plaça Catalunya, where they begin “Las Ramblas”, all just a 10 minute walk from this accommodation.

The living/dining area is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. There is a comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch the TV or a DVD or just enjoy a bottle of local wine. In case you decide to spend the night at home, the dining table has room for eight and with the modern and fully equipped kitchen, every good chef will feel at home.

It has three rooms:
The first en-suite bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom comes complete with bathtub. The second and third bedrooms have double beds. The second and third bathrooms are equipped with shower. You will find clean towels upon arrival.
