The home has 2 living areas for your group. A large open concept living area downstairs to gather the family awaits you. A beautiful dining area with seating for 8 and large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar at the kitchen Island has seating for 4 more guests. The other living area is in the upstairs lounge area with huge 60 inch TV to watch your favorite movies and relax after a long day at the parks.

Games Room in the Garage.

The outside area has a covered patio overlooking the large fully screened in pool with safety fence. Ample seating and lounge chairs are available to soak up the warm Florida sun. Take a dip in the private pool or soak in the spill over spa.

Ask about adding Pool/Spa heat to your vacation rental. It is extra for $30/day plus taxes.

This home is very close to the Solterra resort clubhouse, actually you need just cross the street!!
