A luxurious family living area is the heart of the home's spacious great room, and includes a large wall mounted Cable TV with 100" screen.

Two themed bedrooms (Princess for the girls and Star Wars for the boys).

We have just added a Theater Room upstairs (seats 09 comfortable) with surround system and a 75" high definition TV (Cable, Blue Ray). Lights with dimmer switch.

A loft area includes a second TV lounge and a pool table plus a PS4 with its own TV.

A fabulous open style layout to the ground floor provides luxurious comfort for your guests to relax in comfort after a busy day at the parks or golf courses in the Davenport/Kissimmee area.

Your fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a great breakfast, full scale family dinners or delicious snacks and cocktails throughout your dream vacation.

With a dining area for 10 guests and a fabulous granite surfaced breakfast bar for four, mealtimes and pool side views are always a memorable part of this amazing vacation home.

Lunch by the pool side, or a delicious evening BBQ (not available) are an essential part of any Florida vacation and the covered lanai is the perfect place to spend those warm evening hours in Orlando.
