Our enticing heated pool and tropical garden invite you to a quiet relaxing vacation. Villa Tunis is paradise about two miles from Ft. Lauderdale world famous beaches. Our delightful three-bedroom two-bath apartment has tasteful furnishings and sleeps six.

Polished Mexican tiles are reminiscent historic Florida. After opening the front door, comfortable leather sofas invite you to relax and watch favorite programs on the 42 in TV. Colorful papyrus paintings and 1853 reproductions add excitement. Living, dining and kitchen areas form a free flowing space allowing a variety of entertainment options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the dishes and utensils needed to cook gourmet meals. It has a modern porcelain cook top stove, dishwasher and a Sub-Zero integrated refrigerator with separate freezer.

Three bedrooms have ample closets and individual TVs. Master bedroom French doors open to the garden.

We respect our neighbors and do not allow loud noise after 7 p.m. or unregistered overnight guests.

No cancellations once guests check-in are permitted unless during a mandatory evacuation.

Villa Tunis consists of five exclusive apartments that share a heated pool and tropical garden.

We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance. Villa Tunis complies with state and local ordinances regulating vacation rentals. Our Ft. Lauderdale Certificate of Compliance No. is 1600055.
