1103 is an updated and spacious luxury condo that offers 2 bedrooms (king in the master and two new full sized beds in the second) and 2 full baths. There is a new queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room so that you can accommodate 8. The fully equipped kitchen has been renovated to include granite counters, stainless appliances, and full-sized washer and dryer. The condo has newer tile throughout. The furnished balcony with its stunning views can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom -- it's a great place to relax and catch the sunrise and sunset. A new 50” TV and DVD player are in the living room with a nice library of DVD's to select from. The master bedroom has a 43” tv and the second bedroom has a tv and dvd player. Wireless Internet access is available at no additional cost -- just bring your laptop. Kayak and Paddleboard rentals onsite.
