Colorful Apartment with View of Acropolis!

★ This colorful and comfortable penthouse apartment enjoys a lovely view over Athens and, in particular, the Acropolis and Lycabettus! ★

There are artistic touches throughout the accommodation. A spacious 150 sqm, three bedrooms, and two terraces of 40-50 sqm greet guests who can enjoy the views across Athens' rooftops toward the ancient sites.

You have exclusive use of the 7th-floor apartment located in the neighborhood of Kolonos, approximately 1.5 km from the famed Monastiraki Square, home to several of Athens' most famous ancient monuments and sites.


★ Apartment ★

The inside of this space competes with the outside for attention! There are colorful and artistic touches throughout the interior design, but nothing more than the dining room's sky-view glass ceiling which dazzles visitors. Outside, there's stunning evidence of the ancient world looming on the horizon! You can see the Acropolis and Lycabettus from the terraces, master bedroom, and living room. A second living area has a stone fireplace for chillier evenings.

The kitchen is open, modern, and well equipped for preparing meals you can enjoy either in your dining room under the stars or out on your terrace where you can watch the sun setting over this ancient city.

The three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two singles) comfortably accommodate six guests. There are also two modern, spacious bathrooms for added convenience.

We provide all of the bed linens and towels. Also, for your convenience, there are toilet paper, shampoo, hairdryer, iron, and hangers. It's like staying in a hotel but much better because you have much more space! You will have access to a washer and dryer in the building. The apartment is heated and air-conditioned and enjoys elevator access.

★ Area/Neighborhood ★

You don't have to look out to the horizon to see evidence of the ancient. The apartment is located just 200 meters from the Akadimia Platonos (Plato Academy), the ancient site where the famous philosopher once held his lectures! It is now a green space where you can visit the ruins of the academy.

Puplic transport (bus) is less than 100 meters from the apartment. Grab one of the buses to take you straight to the center of Athens in about ten minutes. Also nearby is the metro station of Sepolia. If you'd prefer to travel by taxi, you'll find them a common and low-cost form of transportation in Athens. A typical taxi fare to Monastiraki square is about 3-4 Euros and 5 Euros to the Acropolis.

If you're searching for reasonably-priced Greek food, you'll appreciate the Greek taverna next to your apartment building where food is very reasonably priced. Less than 100 meters from your apartment are a supermarket, several bakeries, and a fresh market. A pharmacy is 40 meters away.
