We are located just over 1km from the beach, with markets, restaurants, boutique shopping and nightlife entertainment all very easily accessible from the property.

YOUR LIVING SPACE

This idyllic property set inside a quiet gated community offers 2 luxury king sized double bedrooms, each featuring their own en-suite, with shower, WC and wash basin. With both bedrooms offering balconies, you can either enjoy the view of the mountains or gardens and pool area.

The living area comes fully equipped with a 32 inch flat screen smart TV, including International and English channels, sports and movies, with 24 hour playback. Netflix and YouTube are also available. The large sofa will comfortably sit 6 people. There is an additional toilet adjoining the living area.

The western style kitchen comes with a large fridge freezer, 4 burner hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and full cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining area can easily cater for 4 or more people.

The outdoor balcony featuring a further seating area overlooks the swimming pool and communal gardens - a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee. A large seating area is situated next to the pool, with sun loungers being available at all times during your stay. With the vast amount of outdoor areas you won't fail to enjoy the magnificent setting that this villa has to offer.

On arrival we also will stock the house with some convenient supplies; items such as bottled water, fruit, bread, butter, coffee and tea, and other condiments in the kitchen.
