A full kitchen with newer appliances has everything you'll need for preparing meals during your stay. Choose your place to eat: a dinette in the kitchen, to the formal dining room or while relaxing on the lanai.



The spacious living room is bright and airy. A large flat screen TV will keep everyone up-to-date with world events or current with your favorite show. The living room has a full glass wall opening to the screened in lanai, which is certain to be one of your favorite spots in the condo. Here the view of the water and mangroves, abounding with wildlife, cannot be any more peaceful or serene.



Take the elevator down to the ground level for a round of tennis at the courts. Cool off afterwards in the in-ground heated pool or relax those tired muscles in the jacuzzi. Soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the many poolside loungers.



Walk to seven miles of white sugar sand beach in just 3-4 minutes. On your way back stop at Santini Marina Plaza and grab a bite to eat at one of the numerous restaurants, or browse the boutiques for a new outfit or gifts to take home. You will also want to check out some of our fabulous beach bands and nightlife in the plaza later in the evening.



At the end of your fun filled day retire to the master suite. This room will make you feel like royalty. A king size bed, plenty of dresser space, a flat screen TV, large walk-in closets and private full ensuite bath will have you spoiled in luxury. The master bathroom provides you with the option of a soak in the tub or an invigorating shower in the separate walk-in. A private entrance, from the bedroom to the screened in lanai, takes you from the master bedroom out to enjoy the evening air or morning views.



Your guests will be well taken care of in the nicely appointed guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, in-room TV and plenty of dresser and closet space to make them feel at home. They have access to a spacious full bath in the adjoining hallway with a tub shower combination.
