This modern condo gives you direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beach via the pool area. This two bedroom and two full bath side condo is perfect for six people and includes great amenities. From the kitchen with granite countertops equipped with state of the art appliances is perfect to cook delicious meals. The living room, right of the kitchen, includes laminate floors, a new flat screen television, and two chairs that pull out to beds. The master suite includes a king bed with an attached bathroom with plenty of countertop space and a walk-in shower. The other bedroom includes two single beds with an attached full bathroom. Our unit is on the side but, the outdoor deck with a glass sliding door is great to enjoy the beautiful morning weather with a slight side view of the Gulf of Mexico, at a more manageable price.

The condo is 200 square feet larger than other units and includes free high-speed WiFi.

This condo has direct access to the beach from the pool area, which includes a heated pool and spa. The pool deck also has grills and plenty of places to sit and lounge.

Indian Rocks Beach is fabulous to sit and enjoy with beach​ chairs in the unit, swim in the Gulf of Mexico, or build sandcastles. There are fabulous​ restaurants​ and many activities​ around the condo.
