Studio located at Ocean Front Resort Casablanca. City view, 2 double beds that can accommodate 4 guests. Comes with a Fully equipped kitchenette, to prepare meals when staying in. Direct beach access from the pool area and walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants, and shops in the area! Valet Parking included. Restaurant on site. There is an additional $30 registration fee per stay that will be collected upon arrival at the resort.

PROPERTY RULES:
Lobby Rules
No smoking, eating or drinking in the lobby area. Always wear shirt and shoes.
Pets under 20 pounds allowed with a $200 deposit and $75 nonrefundable fee. All pets must be carried while you are in the lobby.
Apartment Rules
* NO SMOKING ALLOWED ( $200 penalty fee for smoking inside the room)
*Do not open windows while the AC is on. On check out leave AC in 70F, and lock all doors and windows.
*Maximum 4 persons per unit. Rollaway can be requested for an additional fee for additional guests. One per room.
*Note: You may take any towels to the beach. Please return to the unit after use. You are responsible for your loss or damages made to towels and sheets.
If you move the furniture please return to its original place.

The studio has a kitchenette that includes all the essentials for storing and cooking up food. All linens and towels are provided. valet Parking is included for one car. Cable TV and Open Wifi.
