The apartment is on a quiet street, but within walking distance to West End Lane with its good restaurants, funky shops, popular pubs, and buzzing bars that are lively from morning till night.

The space
The apartment is on the first floor of a period building. It comprises a superb front reception room with a period fireplace, ornate cornicing, wooden floors and bay window with stained glass. The open plan arrangement of this room provides plenty of space for cooking, dining and living making it perfect for entertaining. The kitchen includes integrated appliances (fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer) and an electric oven with gas hob. There are two good sized double bedrooms with plenty of storage. The bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower. A spiral staircase leads from the hall to a large private roof terrace where you can look out over the roof tops of London. The flat has been professionally interior designed with tasteful and comfortable furnishings.

The apartment is perfect for 4 people, but a double sofa bed in the living room allows for a maximum of 6 people.

The neighbourhood
The apartment is on a quiet street, but close to the hustle and bustle of West End Lane and Kilburn High Road.

West Hampstead’s high street, West End Lane, is packed with good restaurants, funky shops, popular pubs, and buzzing bars that are lively from morning till night.

There is no shortage of green space and attractive architecture. From the pretty park at West End Green to the larger Fortune Green to the north, the roads are lined with colorful mansion blocks and bright red brick buildings.

Getting around
Within the immediate area are choices of Jubilee, Bakerloo tube lines and overground train lines (including West Hampstead Thameslink) and a selection of bus routes. Being in Zone 2, journey times from the apartment into central London are less than 20 minutes.

London’s Jubilee Line, Overground and Thameslink networks are within walking distance, with services to St Pancras for Eurostar (7 mins), Westminster (14 mins), West End (15 mins), Bank (25 mins), Canary Wharf (25 mins) and airports Heathrow (35 mins), City (40 mins), Gatwick (55 mins) and Stansted (1hr 20mins)
