Located within minutes walk to Olympic Park train station, Sydney Showground and ANZ stadium, this apartment is convenient and ideal to host either business or leisure purposes.

Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with guests via AirBnb, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant. I will not be present at this property during your stay. A representative MIGHT be assigned to check you in person.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is centrally located in Sydney Olympic Park, providing direct access to all major Sydney conventions, exhibitions, sporting events and music venues within a moment’s walk. Situated nearby are some of Sydney’s best cafes, restaurants and bars in the precincts of Newington and Concord.
Nearby, Homebush is also part of Sydney’s up and coming inner-west, with some of Sydney’s best brunch and boutique shopping at your doorstep - you’ll love how much variety is on offer in this little, local area. My apartment also is moments from Westfield Burwood where you can find a variety of high end shopping and eateries, as well as Coles and Woolworths supermarkets.
Access to the city is via Olympic Park Train Station and takes you less than 20 minutes to zip into the middle of the Sydney CBD, all on the one train ride - easy!

Other Things to Note:
No smoking or party allowed -Please take off your shoes before you enter the premises -To ensure the issue of over use of the electricity and gas will not happening during your stay, the guests should not use the amount exceeding of $9 per day (the average use of a 4-ppl staying apartment is $7.2 per day) for electricity. A claim for the extra cost will be made against your security deposit if so. -To provide a cleaness and comfortable place for you to stay, we only corporate with Cleaning Service company and had a standard Cleaning charge 100 AUD per stay. Professional cleaning team will come post checking out and ensure the cleanliness of the apartment before every guests checking in. -We also expect guests to keep their room and common area tidy throughout their stay so as to avoid extra cleaning fees. -Rental Rules: In renting the apartment, guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules we set out on Airbnb throughout the duration of their stay at the property. All members of the rental party and any guests invited into the property will be expected to abide by the same rules. -Access: If the guest is renting a private room, access provided will depend on the condition of the house/apartment. According to NSW fire control law, access to certain private rooms might not be provided in order to comply with emergency escape policy. We provide an external key and swipe card to the guests for their use and convenience throughout the duration of their stay During the stay, all guests are expected to respect others and we are not liable for any disputes and/or criminal activity that occur on the premises. - BE CAUTIOUS! When cooking at the property, be sure to open all windows, sliding window doors to avoid heavy smoke in room. It will set off fire alarm. If it happens, please cut all electricity and stop fire or smoke by any means, and contact us immediately. Cost of fireman service will be on guests, and will be deducted from bond.
