This contemporary studio apartment is located in Summer Hills. This property is only 5mins walk from Summer Hill Station and 15mins drive to the city centre.

Within a few minutes walking distance you will find cafes, restaurants , supermarket, park and everything you need to have a good time in Sydney.

We welcome guests staying with different needs ( Travel, groups and business etc.) 2-4 guests are suitable.
The Space:
Please contact me for any enquiry before confirm the booking so I could provide your best staying experience before you taking off. The apartment is provided as a fully-furnished space with basic necessities such as towels, bedding all included as a part of your stay. We want you to be able to stay with us without any hassle, and of course we welcome guests staying short-term or long-term. (DISCOUNT and Small Gift for you if you like to stay with us for the long term)
Guest Access:
The apartment is rented as an entire apartment and the tenants can enjoy all the space in the apartment and facility- ALL TO YOURSELF. You are able to access to all of the above spaces (kitchen, bathroom, balcony, living room and bedrooms, etc.)
Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with guests via AirBnb, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant. I will be there welcoming you and exchange the keys&information when you have arrived, but I will not be present in this flat during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Beautiful, quiet yet buzzing inner west suburb - Summer Hill has all the pros. Easy parking, shops, wine bar, pub, brand new supermarket, restaurants, post office, wine store, hairdressers and homeware stores etc. All modes of public transport - trains (15min to central), buses and the tram straight into China town, the casino, exhibition centre and the Fish markets.
Getting Around:
Summer Hill Station is just 5mins walk and there is direct train to the city or alternatively takes 15 mins by car
Other Things to Note:
-No smoking or party allowed. -Please take off your shoes before you enter the premises. -We also expect guests to keep their room and common area tidy throughout their stay so as to avoid extra cleaning fees. -Rental Rules: In renting the apartment, guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules we set out on Airbnb throughout the duration of their stay at the property. All members of the rental party and any guests invited into the property will be expected to abide by the same rules. BE CAUTIOUS! When cooking at the property, be sure to open all windows, sliding window doors to avoid heavy smoke in room. It will set off fire alarm. If it happens, please cut all electricity and stop fire or smoke by any means, and contact us immediately. Cost of fireman service will be on guests, and will be deducted from bond.
