This 1 Bedroom Apt is located in the heart of Zetland, CBD and AIRPORT is just AROUND THE CORNER ! We welcome guests staying with different needs ( Travel, groups and business etc)
1-3 guests staying is suitable and cozy.
10mins driving or 15mins public transportation can take you to the CBD ,10 mins walk to Green Square station and East village shopping centre. Closed to cafe, restaurants ,supermarket, and parks, which is super convenient for everyone.
The Space:
Please contact me for any enquiry before confirm the booking so I could provide your best staying experience before you taking off. The apartment is provided as a fully-furnished space with basic necessities such as towels, bedding all included as a part of your stay. We want you to be able to stay with us without any hassle, and of course we welcome guests staying short-term or long-term. (DISCOUNT and Small Gift for you if you like to stay with us for the long term)

The place is Extremely spacious space for 1, large for 2, roomy for 3.
Guest Access:
The apartment is rented as an entire apartment and the tenants can enjoy all the space in the apartment and facility- ALL TO YOURSELF

You are able to access to all of the above spaces (kitchen, bathroom, balcony, living room and bedrooms, etc.)
Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with guests via AirBnb, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.
I will be there welcoming you and exchange the keys and information when you have arrived, but I will not be present in this flat during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Zetland is a famous and charming residential & commercial area closed to CBD and Airport. Students and professionals are the main populations in this area. Parks, basketball courts ,gym, shopping malls, hospitals, cafes, restaurants are all nearby. Taylor College, UNSW, Green square schools are also located in surroundings. With a lot of street parking spots and fully facilities, this areas are also good for the drivers.
Other Things to Note:
-No smoking or party allowed.
-Please take off your shoes before you enter the premises.
-We also expect guests to keep their room and common area tidy throughout their stay so as to avoid extra cleaning fees.

-Rental Rules: In renting the apartment, guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules we set out on Airbnb throughout the duration of their stay at the property. All members of the rental party and any guests invited into the property will be expected to abide by the same rules.

BE CAUTIOUS! When cooking at the property, be sure to open all windows, sliding window doors to avoid heavy smoke in room. It will set off fire alarm. If it happens, please cut all electricity and stop fire or smoke by any means, and contact us immediately. Cost of fireman service will be on guests, and will be deducted from bond.
