Guest Access:
The entire apartment is all for you to enjoy your stay. You will have full use and access to the facility above within the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
-No smoking or party allowed. -Please take off your shoes before you enter the premises. -We also expect guests to keep their room and common area tidy throughout their stay so as to avoid extra cleaning fees. -Rental Rules: In renting the apartment, guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules we set out on Airbnb throughout the duration of their stay at the property. All members of the rental party and any guests invited into the property will be expected to abide by the same rules. BE CAUTIOUS! When cooking at the property, be sure to open all windows, sliding window doors to avoid heavy smoke in the room. It will set off the fire alarm. If it happens, please cut all electricity and stop fire or smoke by any means, and contact us immediately. Cost of fireman service will be on guests and will be deducted from the bond.
